DC released six variant covers in its Black History Month celebration.
The six variant covers were created by Alexis Franklin, a renowned painter. They will be published in DC’s line February 2022.
Although Alexis Franklin may be best known for her comic book illustrations, she is also a comics cover artist. The self-trained artist illustrated cover illustrations for O, The Oprah Magazine featuring Breonna Taylor. She also painted an image of Anita Hill in Time magazine.
