In the wake of Warner Bros’ announcement of an exclusive television anniversary, British actress Emma Watson has announced the date for the official premiere of Harry Potter’s 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts.

On Instagram, Emma Watson well-known for her character in the blockbuster franchise film Hermione Granger has shared the trailer for Hermione Granger’s trailer for the Harry Potter 20th anniversary TV special.
The British actress has announced she was announcing that Harry Potter #ReturnToHogwards will be released and aired on January 1, 2022, through HBO Max, the HBO Max streaming platform.
The trailer was captioned, “Had to break out the Time-Turner one last time for this… #ReturnToHogwarts, streaming only on @hbomax”
“Harry Potter” stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint will be reunited with the other cast members of the blockbuster franchise to celebrate an all-new 20th-anniversary television retrospective, the movie production company Warner Bros said on Tuesday.
However “Harry Potter” author J.K. Rowling isn’t present for a personal guest appearance on the series.
Robbie Coltrane, who played Hagrid, Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange), Gary Oldman (Sirius Black) Director Chris Columbus and other stars of the eight films will be joined by former children actors in “Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts” on the set of London which is where the original film was shot.
The program will be broadcast on January 1 on YouTube Max, a streaming service. HBO Max. Warner Bros and HBO are part of AT&T Inc.
The retrospective will see the actors returning back to their original Hogwarts border school sets which were used in the original movie “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” (“Philosopher’s Stone” in the U.K.) which was released in November 2001.
The film franchise that is based on Rowling’s tales of an orphaned child with magical powers made $7.8 billion at the world box office.
The name of Rowling was not mentioned in the announcement that was made on Tuesday, but she is expected to be featured in the archive footage to be shown on the special, according to a source with knowledge of the situation reported as reported by Reuters.
The TV special is just one of the many 20th-anniversary celebrations scheduled by Warner Bros., which also includes a television show that will be with Helen Mirren as host to Potter fans. The show will also feature appearances from several of actors and famous fans, including comedy stars Pete Davidson and Jay Leno.
