The Boys Promo Photos Show Soldier Boy & Musical Episode in Season 3
A new promotional piece has been made available in time for season 3 of The Boys . The latest front cover for Den of Geek magazine features an updated look at Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy. A photo taken from Entertainment Weekly also reveals that the new season will feature a musical episode.
The production for The Boys Season 3 started last winter. The first installment of season 3 will be titled “Payback”, although showrunner Eric Kripke has already revealed the reason behind the title. This is a reference to brand newcomer Jesen Ackles (Supernatural) and his character Soldier Boy. Based on Kripke, Soldier Boy was the leader of a superhero group known as Payback. It was effectively the precursor to The Seven.
With the debut in the form of Soldier Boy with his past with Payback The producers and writers are hoping to explore the background of Sups throughout America. USA in the third season of The Boys .
