The Hearthstone Battlegrounds: Lobby Legends will Be There This Weekend

Today, Blizzard Entertainment announced that they have plans for the Hearthstone Battlegrounds: Lobby Legends event. It will be held this weekend. It will take place online and offline from the 24th to the 25th of Juni. This event was founded in 17th place and focuses on the top 20 players who qualify for one of the two lobbies. To climb the ladder to the top 8, they will be holding three games per lobby. On Saturday, they will compete for their share of the 50k prize pool. The event will be live on YouTube and Twitch.

The top ten battleground players around the globe will take to the stage and compete for $60,000 (USD). They will also demonstrate Hero Skins and Disco Dynamite Battleground Strike using the new Eternal Night bundle. Jia and the educatedCollins, who will share their Battlegrounds knowledge on the desk, will provide the latest information from the next major patch throughout this weekend’s broadcast.

  • Day 1: There are two lobbies on each side, with each one tied to three games. Players receive points for each game based on how they finish the game. Three points are awarded for finishing 1-2, six for finishing 2nd, and six for finishing 8th. The top 8 players will be determined by the highest points scored each player has earned.
  • Day 2: The top 8 players compete in an ongoing tournament to determine the winner. He won a match and earned points the same way as Day 1. However, he had to win at least 20 points in order to earn points. Players can only leave the second battleground with these conditions: Lobby Legends with the championship trophy and 10,000 dollars worth of prizing.
